Where you goin’ with that pardon in your hand?

Sleepy Pervert Joe, the man who never was President, has decided to top all the rest of his blatant corrupt bull crap and pardon his crackhead criminal son. Old news right? Well, maybe not so old, but still news. He gave Hunter a blanket pardon when he should have given him a blanket party 1 instead.
I’ve heard the lies about Hunter being mistreated by his father’s own Department of Justice (DOJ). I suppose that proves the DOJ is corrupt and stupid all the time, and not just when they have a conservative in the cross-hairs. The only mistreatment Hunter received was a judge who wasn’t read in on the program to free Hunter of all responsibility by letting him walk virtually Scott free. After that the feces hit the rotating air mover. Tough stuff Hunter and dad. Welcome to the life the rest of us live every day.
And even with all that, Sleepy Joe gave him a blanket pardon instead of pardoning him for specific crimes. That qualifies as a tactical error that will cause no end of strategic problems in the future. How you say?
Try, you can’t pardon someone for a crime they are not convicted of.
I’m not a lawyer, never played one on TV, and didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night, however I can read, and here is Blackstone’s definition of a pardon based on the classical legal treatise by Sir William Blackstone.
According to Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England, a pardon is a form of executive mercy that essentially erases the legal consequences of a criminal conviction. Specifically, Blackstone defined a pardon as an act of clemency through which the sovereign (in the historical English context, the monarch, in US parlance, the President) could completely or partially nullify the legal punishment for a criminal offense.
Key aspects of Blackstone’s definition include:
-
Sovereign Power: The pardon is an exclusive prerogative of the sovereign, representing a supreme executive authority to extend mercy.
-
Comprehensive Relief: A pardon can:
-
Completely absolve the convicted person from punishment
-
Reduce the severity of the punishment
-
Remove legal disabilities resulting from the conviction
-
Note, nowhere in Blackstone is there a reference to pardons for something you might do or maybe did. Pardons are for convicted criminals just like Trix are for Kids. Oh, and in the US, pardons are only applicable for federal offenses. Any violation of state law is not resolvable by an executive pardon.
This means Hunter can still be prosecuted for misdemeanor tax charges in California, and child support issues right here in Arkansas.
Also, as a result of Hunter never being charged or convicted, and assuming the statute of limitation has not run out, he can be charged as a non-registered agent of Ukraine, Russia, China, and a whole slew of other countries where he and his father collected money from people who don’t like the US to provide access to Joe Biden, who, it seems, doesn’t like the US either.
And that’s not even the best part. Articles out yesterday and today are talking about Joe preemptively granting pardons to a whole host of slime balls and liars.

In Politico, 12/4/24, Jonathan Martin says:
“The White House officials, however, are carefully weighing the extraordinary step of handing out blanket pardons to those who’ve committed no crimes, both because it could suggest impropriety, only fueling Trump’s criticisms, and because those offered preemptive pardons may reject them.”
How about they won’t be worth the paper they’re printed on, because you can’t pardon someone who hasn’t been convicted.
See where this is going? Joe kept these slime balls from being prosecuted, and now that they can be prosecuted, he can’t pardon them. Priceless!
More squealing from the Main Stream Media (MSM):
“On ABC News, 12/5/24, Mary Bruce, Jonathan Karl, and Rachel Scott wrote:
President Joe Biden and his senior aides are discussing possible preemptive pardons for people who might be targeted by the incoming Trump administration, according to a source close to the president.
Possible names include current and former officials such as retired Gen. Mark Milley, former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney, Sen.-elect Adam Schiff and Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Milley, who retired as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff last year, has long been a target of Republican attacks over the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan.
He also stoked Trump’s ire over a report that Milley secretly called his Chinese counterpart before and after the 2020 election to dispel China’s fears Trump was not planning an attack. Trump accused Milley of “treason” after the report.
Cheney and Schiff have also long been criticized by Trump over their investigation into the attack on the US Capitol by a pro-Trump mob on Jan. 6, 2021. The two were part of the House Jan. 6 committee’s yearlong probe, which concluded with the recommendation of criminal charges against Trump. Schiff also was the lead House prosecutor in Trump’s first Senate impeachment trial.”
So the traitors and dirt bags can’t be pardoned. The DOJ can look into each situation and prosecute any of them for laws they find were broken.
Not to show a favorite to be made a public spectacle of, but of all crimes against the good order of the US, a traitor has got to be the worst.
General Mark Milley should be called back to active service, indicted in a General Courts Martial for treason and disobeying a lawful order, reduced in grade to private, surrender all pensions and benefits, and spend the rest of his life in Leavenworth breaking rocks.
The rest should be punished, if found guilty, according to their crimes.
Of course, that’s only my opinion – what do I know?

Enjoy the brisk mornings, and remember winter is coming. Then remember some people still have no shelter, no heat, no fresh water after the hurricanes.
We can’t ask often enough that you contribute to a charity or organization that is taking care of them.
The government is ignoring their disaster response responsibility and people need help NOW. We recommend Samaritan’s Purse or Mercury One as already on the ground and doing excellent work. Thank you.
