My ability to predict Hunter’s future first came on a bitterly cold, snowy evening in early 2022 in New Berlin, Wisconsin. At the time, I was representing the Wisconsin Special Counsel, Michael Gableman, in his investigation of the 2020 election. A New York Times writer called me in my office, the second largest in the complex, and asked me if I thought Hunter would be indicted.
My first prediction, which is accurately recorded here by CNBC who scooped the Old Gray Lady, was:
“I expect him to be indicted,” [Lancaster] said about Biden. “Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted.”
The New York Times held the story, and I later learned why. They had a source in the US Attorney’s Office in Delaware. They had learned the laptop was real and was going to be used as evidence. They did not want to blow their source just yet.
To be clear, I knew early on the laptop was real thanks to Garrett Ziegler’s Report on the Biden Laptop.
Still, scoops were had and predictions made. And just like that, down came the Delaware indictment. It was followed by one from California.
I wish I could say that I had some magic powers, but really, at the end of the day, when you don’t pay your taxes, and you make millions—you are going to get indicted. Just ask Wesley Snipes.
Next came another bold future prediction on my part—his dad would pardon him. Why? Because Joe Biden is an enabler for his son.
Even when Hunter ran off with his brother’s widow, got her addicted to crack, and embarrassed the family, Joe did nothing. Joe always said he loved his son, and that Hunter did nothing wrong. Joe genuinely believes that like believes he is the 46th President in his fleeting lucid moments.
Besides, what kind of loving father are you if you’re the President and can save your child from years in federal prison but choose not to do it?

I doubled down on that sentiment when Hunter suddenly pled guilty without conditions in California. There is no way you do such a thing unless you know something that others do not—you are going to be pardoned, and you don’t need a good plea deal.
Some people are surprised by the pardon. I am not.
Some people are aghast that the President would willingly and happily lie to the American public when he repeatedly said he would neither pardon Hunter nor commute his sentence while he was considering it all along.
I am not.
