Supreme Court Weighs In : A Good Day For Aaron Spencer…A Good Day For Arkansas…A Bad Day For Judge Elmore.

Today the Arkansas Supreme Court issued an Order removing Lonoke County Circuit Judge Barbara Elmore from the case against Aaaron Spencer for Murder. The court will be appointing a Special Judge in the case.
Further, in an unprecedented step, Fifteen State Legislators signed a letter to the Executive Director of the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission raising concerns with Judge Elmore’s handling if the case.
They insisted Spencer receive a fair trial that meets constitutional standards stating that if the pattern of constitutional violations continue that they will take legislative steps to remedy the situation.
The steps by the Court and these Fifteen Legislators not only made this a good day for Aarron Spencer and his family but also every Arkansan and their constitutional rights.
As for Judge Elmore….not so much.
You can bet both steps have thrown her into a furious state for the public embarrassment both bring.
I imagine that extends to Prosecutor Chuck Graham along with his Chief Deputy and henchman, John Huggins.
The hits for Elmore are not over though.
Tomorrow I will release a video showing Elmore committing a hit & run with her vehicle.
I will follow that Sunday with a detailed article on the incident that will show her stunning display of believing the Queen doesn’t have to obey laws….Just the peasants
History has shown this type of tyranny has always ended badly for the Queen who chose that path.
