On Wednesday we broke the news that a woman reported being Raped on Tuesday at Burks Brothers Brewery (Bar) in Bryant.
Since that time, I have gathered records on the alleged rape including the call to 911 from the victim.
On Tuesday night at 7:28pm the victim called Faulkner County 911 and reported the rape. Faulkner County transferred the call to Saline County Dispatch at 7:31pm.
I have obtained the victims information, which is public record, however I will not be releasing it.

As you can hear from the call the woman is clearly distraught and understandably so….Heartbreaking to listen to.
While Bryant PD is leading the investigation into the rape, the call was made from Conway and CPD responded first as an assisting agency.
Because this is an ongoing Felony investigation no other records will be available until charges are filed or the case is closed.
Sources reported to me Wednesday that the suspect is a member of the Bandido outlaw motorcycle gang. I have that name as well but will not be releasing it either.
The victim stated that the suspect is a commander of a motorcycle association, so it is unclear if there is an actual tie-in to the Bandidos.
You can bet I will stay on top of this story through its conclusion.
