Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against RPA Chair And Secretary Of State.
The War for Conservatism in our State is far from over though

The Defendants in the lawsuit, which was filed on August 26th, 2024 in Federal Court, were then Secretary of State John Thurston and Republican Party of Arkansas Chairman Joseph Wood.
The Plaintiffs were Jennifer Lancaster, (2024 State Republican Convention Chair), myself, along with twenty-one other RPA members.
The much-publicized lawsuit centered around a July 2024 RPA State Committee meeting in which the Committee voted to illegally declare null and void the actions taken by the delegates at the June 2024 RPA State Convention to close the Republican Primaries in our State.

Today the Federal Judge in that case, (Brian Miller), issued an Order granting the Defendants’ motion to Dismiss the lawsuit without prejudice.

Jennifer and I respect Judge Miller; however, we are disappointed and disagree with his decision.
While we lost this particular battle, it was one well worth fighting and we are both proud to have partnered with the other twenty-one plaintiffs in that fight.
Make no mistake though….This was only one battle in the War for Conservatism in our State.
Jennifer and I are more committed than ever to fighting for true Conservatives in our State and winning the War against the RPA establishment posing as Conservatives….aka the “Swamp Party.”
Often Jennifer is heard quoting our founding fathers with “Freedom once lost is lost forever.”
Since January 2023 Governor Sanders, the Majority of Republican Legislators and RPA State Committee members have declared War on our Freedoms and have been successful at taking many away from us.
We will never back down in protecting and fighting for the people’s Freedoms….We are not Fat Sheep….We are hungry Conservative Lions.
I have said this for over Forty years –
“There is no shame in losing a fight for Right….There is only shame in not fighting.”
