Man Convicted Of Filing False Report Partners With Jan Morgan To Harass Shelter.

Stephane Garrit Ferry and Jan Morgan make quite the tag team but for all the wrong reasons.
Morgan is a well-known animal rights activist who has a pattern of presenting false information.
Stephane Gerrit Ferry, a self-described freelance journalist and gadfly, has a pattern of making false statements himself.
In what can be described as a match made in Heaven, the two recently partnered to harass and make false allegations against the Faulkner County Animal Shelter and particularly Faulkner County Justice of The Peace Maree Coats.

What makes this more interesting is that in 2019 Ferry was convicted in Conway District Court of filing a false Police Report against then State Senator Jason Rapert. Ferry falsely accused Rapert of harassment and threats.
He was sentenced to one month in the Faulkner County Detention Center with an additional sixty days suspended imposition of sentence and fined $1000, which was also suspended on the condition that Ferry comply with a no-contact order.
Ferry appealed that conviction to the Faulkner County Circuit Court and that appeal was denied.
Ferry then appealed the conviction to the Arkansas Court of Appeals where the appeal was denied again.
Desperate to hide the conviction from the public, on June 26th 2025 Ferry petitioned the Court of Appeals to seal his conviction….That petition was denied.
That’s really something considering Ferry has a Facebook page called Arkansas Transparency.
Just recently Ferry was attempting to file a suit in Faulkner County Circuit Court. On July 7th he petitioned the Court to waive all costs and fees associated with filing and prosecuting the suit due to financial hardship.
In other words, Ferry wanted the Taxpayers to bear the cost of his lawsuit.
He claimed that he is Indigent which is defined as – “Suffering from extreme poverty.”….Odd since he called me the other day from Europe.
On July 29th the Court rightly denied his petition.
Now why would a so-called conservative, like Jan Morgan get in bed with someone convicted of harassing Jason Rapert ?….I mean Ferry is clearly unhinged.
In text messages to Ferry, Morgan praised him by stating she wanted to give his company “attribution” and telling him he was presenting “good journalism”.
While at one time Morgan was highly credible her ship carrying that cargo has slowly sank.
So what happened to Morgan ?….I have no idea….Maybe she got hooked on those special gummy bears.
What I do know is that she and Ferry partnered to falsely attack Coats.
From a politics perspective I really don’t know anything about Coats but as I have stated from an animal advocacy perspective, she is an animal lov’n snow white with a lil trash mouth to her and I like that.
Bottom line if you are looking for reliable sources….Don’t look to Ferry or Morgan.
