Video Shows Lonoke County Circuit Judge Barbara Elmore Committing Hit & Run

The Surveillance video shows Judge Elmore entering the Lonoke County Court House parking lot in her white SUV on July 18^th, 2025, at 9:32am.

While pulling into a parking spot, Elmore sideswipes a 2016 GMC Terrian owned by Melissa Frazier who works for Judge Sandy Huckabee.

Lonoke PD has confirmed to me that it was indeed Elmore committing the act.

Elmore tries to back up but is too tangled with the GMC to do so. She pulls forward jumping a street curb and then travels around to the other side of the parking lot and parks. She exits her vehicle and at the 1:45 sec mark she comes back into camera, walks past Frazier’s vehicle looking at it, and then enters the Court House thinking people would be none the wiser.

A little over three hours later, Fraizer discovers she is the victim of a Hit and Run and called Lonoke PD.

Spoiler Alert….She got away with it.
