Check It Out: Charlie Kirk To Visit Arkansas

Conservative activist Charlie Kirk is targeting “red state Senators” — including Senator John Boozman — with an upcoming “Give Trump His Cabinet” tour.

Kirk says his planned tour to bring accountability to “the big five” red states like Arkansas is “encouragement” but also a “pressure campaign.”

Kirk told about the political resistance his team experienced in hard red states during Turning Point USA’ “Chase the Vote” run-up to November 5 and the team’s work in Nebraska on the Republican presidential electors:

On his November 21 Show, Kirk said

We will bring this roadshow on the ground, by the way, to Rapid City, South Dakota; to Sioux Falls, South Dakota; to Boise, Idaho; to Fayetteville, Arkansas; to Topeka, Kansas; to Tupelo, Mississippi. You picking up what I’m putting down? This isn’t gonna be a swing state tour — this is gonna be a red state tour.

His naming of those cities and states is notable because they are all home to GOP senators — many of whom are committee chairmen — who are closely aligned with Senator McConnell who have also been silent on some of Trump’s current nominees….

In Arkansas, Mr. Kirk is likely referring to Senator Boozman, the top Republican on the Agriculture Committee.
