Karma Has Found State Senator Reggie Murdock In The Form Of $750,000.00

In February I brought you the story of Murdock milking the Forrest City School District out of over 1.5 Million dollars.

Then in August, I brought you the body camera video of Murdock using his status as a Senator to get out of a speeding ticket on July 25^th.

The old saying is that “Karma is a Bitch”…..and she came down on Murdock shortly after the traffic stop incident.

Here’s the deal:

On May 15^th, 2017, Henry Peacock and Associates loaned Murdock and his company, Murdock Enterprises, $421,185.50.

On November 25^th, 2020, Peacock filed suit against Murdock for default on the loan in Lee County Circuit Court.

All parties were ordered to appear in Circuit Judge Danny Glover’s courtroom on July 31^st, 2025, for a status hearing….Murdock, nor anyone on his behalf, bothered to show up.

As a result on August 1^st, Judge Glover granted a previously-filed motion for summary judgment by Peacock awarding him….Are you ready for this ?….$750,156.52

The figure represents the principal, accrued interest, attorney’s fees and costs.

Hey Senator Murdock….You can’t hide from Karma….And she most definitely is a Bitch.
